The General Manager will have operational responsibility for all aspects of the Club including oversight of golf operations, membership, food and beverage, accounting, sales and marketing, and golf course maintenance. The General Manager will be tasked with operating the facility in compliance and in accord with Touchstone Golf expectations, policies and procedures. In addition, the GM will develop and implement fiscal, operational, and business development plans and strategies as well as administer operational standards and quality performance guidelines for all operating functions and staff.

The successful candidate is responsible for setting the expectation for all kitchen team members to work as a team to maximize our productivity. The Chef/Kitchen Manager is the example of our standards at all times, whether it is cleanliness, organization, or food quality. They are also responsible for the speed and accuracy of the team.
The primary role of Banquet Servers and Bartenders is to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests while providing a first-class level of service and attention while they dine and socialize. Product awareness, professionalism, teamwork, a positive ‘can do attitude’, and attention to detail are some critical components to the success in the positions.
Oversee all activities related to the ongoing maintenance of the golf course, grounds and equipment. Given the condition of irrigating with reclaimed water, experience managing greens in this environment is a necessity. As the facility is owned by the City of Mountain View, the position requires frequent interaction with City staff including those tasked with monitoring and maintaining the former landfill site and the City’s onsite biologist.
Overall responsibility for food & beverage execution including managing on-site banquet events. Responsible for food and supply ordering, banquet planning and execution, staffing of food and beverage operations throughout the property including any restaurant, grill, snack bar, beverage cart or event space. Responsible for food safety protocols for the entire club.
